توضح هذه السياسة كيفية جمع واستخدام وحماية البيانات عند استخدام موقع وخدمات MAA MOTOR التابعة لشركة MAA CAR BROKER - L.L.C - S.P.C في أبوظبي.

البيانات التي نجمعها

قد نجمع بيانات التواصل والهوية وبيانات المركبة أو اللوحة والمستندات وبيانات المعاملة. وعند استخدام التوقيع الإلكتروني نعالج نتيجة مطابقة آخر أربع أرقام من الهوية، وإرسال والتحقق من رمز مؤقت عبر واتساب، والتوقيع المرسوم، ووقت الموافقة، وبصمة تقنية مختصرة للجلسة واسم الموظف الذي طابق أصل الهوية. لا نعرض رقم الهوية أو الهاتف كاملاً في صفحة التوقيع أو صفحة التحقق العامة.

أغراض الاستخدام

نستخدم البيانات لإعداد ومراجعة وتوقيع وحفظ العقود والسندات، تنفيذ طلبات العملاء، إرسال روابط المستندات الآمنة، الرد على الاستفسارات، تشغيل السجلات المالية والإدارية، منع الاحتيال، حماية النظام، والالتزام بالمتطلبات القانونية.

المشاركة والحفظ

لا نبيع البيانات الشخصية. نشارك الحد اللازم فقط مع مزودي الخدمات المصرح لهم مثل Meta/WhatsApp ومزودي الاستضافة والتخزين، أو مع الجهات المختصة عند وجود التزام قانوني. نحتفظ بالبيانات للمدة اللازمة للمعاملة والسجلات النظامية ثم نحذفها أو نخفي هويتها بطريقة آمنة.

حقوقك وخيارات الرسائل

يمكنك طلب الوصول إلى بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها حيث يسمح القانون. ويمكنك إيقاف الرسائل التسويقية في أي وقت بالرد بكلمة «إيقاف». قد نستمر في إرسال الرسائل الضرورية المتعلقة بمعاملة أو مستند طلبته.

الأمان والتواصل

This policy explains how MAA MOTOR, operated by MAA CAR BROKER - L.L.C - S.P.C in Abu Dhabi, collects, uses and protects information when you use our website and services.

Information we collect

We may collect contact and identity details, vehicle or plate information, documents and transaction data. For electronic signatures, we process the result of matching the last four Emirates ID digits, delivery and verification of a temporary WhatsApp code, the drawn signature, consent time, a limited technical session fingerprint, and the employee who checked the original ID. The full ID and mobile number are not displayed on the public signing or verification pages.

How we use information

We use information to prepare, review, sign and retain agreements and vouchers; fulfil customer requests; send secure document links; respond to enquiries; maintain financial and administrative records; prevent fraud; secure the service; and comply with legal obligations.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. We share only what is necessary with authorized providers such as Meta/WhatsApp and our hosting or storage providers, or with competent authorities when legally required. Information is retained for the transaction and applicable record-keeping period, then securely deleted or anonymized.

Your rights and messaging choices

You may request access, correction or deletion where permitted by law. You may stop marketing messages at any time by replying “STOP”. We may still send essential messages about a transaction or document you requested.
